Yves L. Turcotte, Eng., M. Sc

 Mr. Yves L. Turcotte, Vice-president and General Manager has a diploma in Industrial Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Having worked in the manufacturing and service industries, he has been working as a consultant, technology developer and trainer since 1989 and has undertaken projects in over 400 companies. Today, he heads an organisation of 50 professionals with offices in Montreal, Québec City and Vancouver.

Fields of expertise: Consulting in Industrial Engineering, Strategies and Operational Performance, Lean Enterprise to improve productivity and response time, Maintenance for optimized facility performance and Reliability and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Innovation for Culture and Diagnostics, Organisational Management and Strategic Management of change, Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma), Kaizen methodology, Project Management and training.

Nathalie Gélinas, Eng., MBA, MBB

 Ms. Nathalie Gélinas, Vice-president at Promaintech Novaxa has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an MBA from École de Hautes Études Commerciales.
Ms. Gélinas has gained a great deal of experience working in international manufacturing and consulting firms.

Fields of expertise: Lean Six Sigma strategic approach, Strategic Planning, Continuous Improvement Program Development, Value-added Production and Kaizen, Balanced Dashboard and the transition from a traditional structure to a process-driven organization.


Camil Villeneuve, Eng., MBB

 Mr. Camil Villeneuve, Vice-president has a diploma in Engineering from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and a certificate in Business Administration from Université de Sherbrooke.
A consultant in Industrial Engineering since 1995, he initially gained experience managing the operations of several manufacturing firms as Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Production Manager. He also performed technical maintenance and project management functions as a plant engineer and mechanical design functions as a mechanical engineering consultant in heavy industry.

Jean-Pierre Dubé, Eng., MBB

 Mr. Jean-Pierre Dubé, Vice-president has a Bachelor’s degree in Automated Manufacturing Engineering and in Electricity Technology from École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal. Since 1990, he has conducted or supervized projects in more than five hundred (500) firms in Canada, France and Switzerland.

Frédérick Gagnon, Eng., M. Eng.

 Mr. Frédérick Gagnon, Associate Director holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Université de Sherbrooke. Mr. Gagnon has acquired a wealth of experience working in international manufacturing firms. At Promaintech Novaxa, he manages projects in many different sectors and is responsible for our "Innovation and Product Development" specialty.
